旅のご縁から帰国後10年間、イスラエルレストランTa-im（恵比寿）でスタッフとして厨房に立ち、イスラエル料理を学ぶ

About Yuko Aoki
Food stylist/Recipe developer/Israeli restaurant staff at Ta-im in Tokyo
Yuko Aoki is a Tokyo-based food stylist and recipe developer working with stills and advertising, packaging, cookbooks, restaurants, and TV. Influenced by her father, who owned a food business, her interest in food developed in childhood.
She studied at Hattori Culinary Institute, where she learned the foundations of the food profession while also working part-time as a pastry assistant at Italian restaurant CHIANTI. She took a position in IT marketing sales for two years after graduation before joining Patisserie PIERRE GAGNAIRE in Tokyo for two years. These early years in Yuko’s career provided valuable insights from the perspectives of both manufacturing and management.
Yuko started as a food stylist in 2010, working as an assistant. In 2012, she took a four-month trip around the world. Through this experience Yuko realized that despite language and cultural barriers, people with diverse backgrounds can understand each other by sharing amazing foods. Particularly inspired by Israeli culture, Yuko enjoys working part time at Israeli restaurant Ta-im (Ebisu) in Tokyo.
She is continually chasing the sweet things in life.
